Session 1 – Resume Critique & Strategy Session
Prior to our session, you will submit your resume for review and I will prepare a personalized critique. During our session, you’ll receive detailed and targeted feedback. Together, we will discuss ways to make your resume stand out and address any challenges you may be facing. I’ll explain why knowing about Resume Application Tracking Software (ATS) is important. Rewriting and reformatting suggestions will be provided for you to implement on your own; I will not be directly editing or reformatting your document.
Session 2 – LinkedIn Critique & Strategy Session
An individualized critique and strategy session where you will receive tailored suggestions to enhance your profile, and you learn how to leverage the LinkedIn platform. I don't rewrite any of your sections, but instead, I provide feedback for you to incorporate.
Session 3 – Job Search Strategy Coaching Session
This session is centered on providing you with tailored job search strategies and new ideas. We delve into creative approaches to uncover opportunities and examine how you are using your network. You'll come away with a personalized action plan that aligns with your career goals, ensuring you stand out in a competitive job market.
Session 4 – Interview Coaching Session
In this session, we’ll spend the first few minutes on strengths, limitations, and prior interview hangups. The remaining time will be dedicated to mock interview practice.
