Resume Development Process
Step 1: Schedule a consultation. Choose a time that works for you and share a few basics about the type of roles you’re targeting. From there, I take the lead on the process so you don’t have to guess what comes next.
Step 2: After our consultation, I’ll send a customized questionnaire so I can quickly understand your biggest accomplishments, motivations, and career direction.
Step 3: We’ll meet for a 60-90 minute Resume Development Session where we uncover the details that most resumes miss; key achievements, results, leadership impact, and the strengths that differentiate you from peers (and from AI-generated resumes). Most clients tell me the time goes fast, and the biggest feeling afterward is relief: the project is off their plate and in the hands of someone who knows how to write a resume.
Step 4: You’ll receive a draft 5-7 business days later that is not a rough starting point, it’s nearly complete. My goal is to deliver a strong, modern resume that’s ready for real use, with your review focused on accuracy, voice, and final refinements.
Step 5: Once we finalize edits, you’ll receive polished, professional versions in both Word and PDF formats. You’ll be ready to apply, network, and share confidently.
